Inside our batch release process: from synthesis to COA

The four checkpoints every batch passes before it reaches the catalogue.

  3. 3. Independent verification
  4. 4. Documentation and release

No batch goes on sale until it has passed four checkpoints. Here is what happens between synthesis and the moment a certificate appears in our library.

1. Synthesis

Peptides are produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis under documented conditions, then cleaved and precipitated.

2. Purification

Preparative HPLC separates the target peptide from related substances, targeting ≥99% purity.

3. Independent verification

A sample from the final lot is sent to an independent laboratory for analytical HPLC and mass spectrometry.

4. Documentation and release

When results meet specification, the certificate is published under the lot number printed on every vial. Only then is the batch released for sale.

Traceability means you can check the exact certificate for the vial in your hands — before you order and after it arrives.
